this is how you are treating to us, from last 2 month i am suffering and reporting issue to service center and customer care both and they are delaying ,ignoring , and asking for charges to change the battery , dont even trying to understand concern, promising calls are not getting from thier team, and battery health is rapidly decreasing from 95% and not its 89% in 2 months

What I said in my previous message: it can be totally normal for battery health to drop a slight amount in a short time. My old iPhone dropped 10% in 2 months, but after that it stopped and remained on 90% for the 3 years after that.


For warranty: a battery is only covered by warranty if it drops below 80% of health in the warranty period. With a battery health of 91% there is no reason to replace your battery, as it is in good health
