Refund request accepted but didn’t receive the refund

Hey there, I requested a refund for an accidental purchase of the ‘FaceTune’ app of £60, and the refund was accepted and said it was refunded to my account today but it still says on my account that the moneys been taken out. I wanted to sort this ASAP before it’s too late and I can’t get a refund, could you help me with this? Ive attached some pictures below for proof.
