iPhone 13 Pro Max not charging

Hi, I have a serious problem with my iPhone 13 Pro Max. When I put my phone on charge is not charging, and other times yes, I just leave it connected on charge for hours, and after that, it starts charging. what is the origin of this issue? and what I can do to fix it?
