How do I convert contacts from .olm to .csv?

Hi, I'm looking to export my contacts from Outlook for Mac as a CSV file, not an .olm.

Does anyone have any ideas, as I'm reluctant to download a random converter app from the web?

It's a 2 step process.

  1. In Outlook, select Contacts. Then do File > Export and click the option for "Contacts to a list (tab-delimited text file)." Export your contacts.
  2. Import the resulting text file into Excel. From there you can save it as a CSV file if you desire.
