How to schedule iPhone to automatically reboot?

Seems like every iPhone I have owned gets a bit stupid when it comes to CarPlay and won't connect anymore. The only solution is to restart/reboot the phone. This happened on my iPhone 8 and continues to be an issue with my iPhone 12. I have spoke to colleagues that have had similar experiences. It would be nice if there was a way to use IOS shortcuts to schedule a phone reboot at a certain time - maybe midnight once a week. 🤔
