I want to buy a iPhone 14 pro from US and use it in Germany with eSIM card. Is that possible?
Possible? Yes. Recommended? No.
While you can use the iPhone in Germany with several carriers there that support eSim, the warranty will only be valid in the US. any issues or repairs on the device will require the device be taken back to the US for service. Apple does not take international deliveries for service.
Also, note, that the carriers in Germany are not obligated to activate a foreign iPhone on their service. They can and many times will decline to do so.
