Bought a used phone, the battery capacity was 95%, and in 2 weeks it fell by 2%, is that the norm?

Battery Health will continue to decline and 1 -2% per month is usual. When the battery health dips to 80% or less, it will then be time to replace the battery in your iPhone. And it will dip that low at some point.
