Read aloud Inactive on ms word

My mac is not reading audible text speech on Microsoft Word in the new computer. It reads using clown voice or horror voice but when I switch to audible human voice using Siri, it doesn’t read

Are you able to test the issue with other programs on your Mac, besides Microsoft Word? If yes, and the issue does not exist with those programs, we'd suggest reaching out to Microsoft directly as they may be able to help with that matter: Microsoft - Contact Us.


If you notice the issue on other Apple software, try checking the steps in this article which might help: If Siri on Mac doesn’t work as expected.
