Why cant I send a text w/ photo/ sometimes video to someone that uses Messenger?
My texts are done from Messages.
I have an iPhone 8 / iOS 15.6
iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 15
Messages is used to send SMS, MMS, and iMessage messages.
Messenger is a proprietary messaging app from Facebook. It has nothing to do with SMS, MMS, or iMessages.
You would download the Facebook messenger app from the App Store and use that.
Obviously, u can see I’m not good at this stuff and it doesn’t sink in like you’d hope.
Ok, no relation to each other at all. 2 different things.
This may be a stupid question but, how would I send anything to or from messenger? Would I go through Facebook maybe?
