Incoming calls go straight to voicemail

Try calling your number from a different phone or home phone, does it goto directly to voice mail without ringing your phone ?

If so, this could be an issue with the cellular provider. Too many calls coming in, and not enough capacity to handle the call volume.

This happened to me, to the point of me calling my phone ten times from a landline from home, it went to voicemail more then I’d like to tell you. I used to support AT&T sys 85 pbx, and fought with this with a couple companies where I supported their phone systems too.
