Unable to install apps

I’m unable to install apps such as Microsoft teams. It shows as in app purchases. What can I do for this ?

Unable to make in-app purchases after recent iPad update I have an issue with the two games I play namely that since the latest update, my in app purchases don’t work. I click to purchase and it just hangs there, nothing happens at all. I’ve gone through my settings to make sure in app purchases are allowed, restarted my device etc, nothing has worked. Check here -> Microsoft Teams is a free app, requires iOS 14.0 or later.
