I need support iPhone 8 iOS 12.4 to download the messenger and Facebook apps and some of other apps cannot download kindly please update

I haven't looked up the requirements for those apps but some apps require a relatively recent version of iOS. The current iOS is version 16 so you are 4 behind. Many only support the last two versions. Try updating your iPhone 8:
