Why is my subscription and purchase history disappeared once I returned back to my original apple id from a separate temporary one?

I had created a new temporary American apple id so that I could reach the American appstore and return back to my previous one. Everything else that went with the original account came back perfectly fine when I returned except my subscriptions and purchase history. I was creating a separate apple id just for this purpose not to lose my subscriptions and purchases instead of changing my region. Also I had never subscribed to iTunes itself and now I suddenly do with my original apple id. I remember that I only subscribed to Duolingo and nothing else.
