The first 2 issues (battey draining/heating) might be related to an "exhausted" battery but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose those kind of problems remotely, sorry.

As fare as "software version services from non Apple Serice provider" is concerned, I'm not sure I can understand your description. Please specify your problem better.

For the first 2 issues, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
