iCloud Calendar Web, no 24h and wrong start of the week

"In Calendar on iCloud.com, do any of the following:

• Show or hide the sidebar: Click  below the calendar.
• Show or hide calendars: Select or deselect them in the sidebar.
• View one day, week, or month at a time: Click Day, Week, or Month below the calendar.
• Change the viewable time period: Click the arrows on either side of the date above the calendar.
• Go to a specific date: Click  in the bottom-left corner, then choose Go to Date. Type or select a date, then click OK.
• Go to the current day (if it’s not visible): Click “Go to today” below the calendar.
• Change the order of the calendars in the sidebar: Drag them up or down in the list. You can’t drag a calendar to a different section."
