When I record an memoji to send to someone it plays back with clicking sounds. It appears to record these clicking sounds when I am making the memoji itself. If I record a video in any other way outside of the momoji interface it doesn't have this clicking sound.
this looks like a bug in the momoji recording feature itself?
I am using an iPhone 12 Pro Max
again, this clicking sound doesn't happen anywhere else, just when recording an Memoji

The first thing we would suggest would be to power cycle the iPhone by following these steps found at Restart your iPhone - Apple Support:
1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.
While simple, this can refresh the iOS, apps and connections while resolving some issues.
If the issue continues, does it happen in all apps Memoji can be used, or only a certain one? Does it happen when sent to any contact, or only a certain one?
Isolating where the problem is originating can help troubleshoot a solution.
