horizontal lines appears on my iPad 9th gen when I write on it using Apple Pencil 1st gen , when its connected to power thru adapter or thru usb of my MacBook Pro 13 mid 2012 , using lighting cable

I have been having this issue since I bought my iPad last year and still I have warranty left for few months .

if one opens my case file I have submitted videos as well as images , and was asked to go to service center where they said no problem as such also for further testing they need my iPad submitted for 3 days , but I iPad is vital part of my work .

I have seen this issue in Goodnotes as well as apple native notes .

goodnotes site claims this is the hardware issue and has nothing to do with software .

now after months I still face this issue and its very very very frustrating right now .

I live at Electronic City,bangalore ,india now .

please help me with this !!!!
