ipad pro 11 inch reboot loop

good afternoon im wondering if anyone can help me out. My ipad pro will not unlock I input my password and the screen freezes and then after a short while it then reeboots its self and continues this loop. siri will open and let me input the password and then freezes after i ask the question find my iphone is disabled. I also can not connect to itunes because i cant accept the notification as i cant open my home screen ?
