Could you please set my balance to zero?

I need to change my region but I can't do this with positive balance. So could please you set it to zero?

Nobody on these boards can. Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't, use this link to ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it..
