What can I do when I am locked out of my Keychain Access. Current and prior computer passwords don't work.
My Keychain password does not work. Not current computer log on or prior one.

Did you check the instructions in the "Related Article" link at the top of this page?
If you don't remember your keychain password (or it just doesn't work), you will need to reset your keychain losing all passwords.
