Restoring new iphone from icloud back up

How do I restore the data from my old phone to my new phone from my icloud back up? The new phone had issues uploading from the old phone, so the Genius bar helped me upload a stripped down version manually before we erased the old phone.

You need to erase the phone, then→Restore your iOS device from a backup - Apple Support
