My payment method cannot be authorised.

Wasn't able to make a few purchases a few months ago for subscriptions, but now my card gets declined/cannot be verified and I get asked to verify it. I go to do so by updating the information on Apple ID payment methods and it still doesn't fix the issue.


I'm now being told my payment method cannot be authorised, I need help to have my card able to be used again on apple since I don't have any other cards, I have the same issue with my Paypal as well.
