How to factory reset iPhone 7 without restoring
my wife was given an iPhone 7 by a friend and they didn’t factory reset it and it still is password protected so I can’t reset it and I have tried it hard reset but I don’t have access to a computer

If the iPhone is activation locked, only the original owner can remove the lock. So you need to ask the friend to remove the activation lock for you
