I upgraded to the iPhone 14 and it says it has 128 gigabytes but I still have 5 gigabytes

could I change my amount of storage if my new phone has 128 gigabytes but it says I have 5 gigabytes?

The 128 GB refers to the storage capacity of the phone.

The 5 GB refers to the free iCloud storage plan.
