Hi Zahidhussain47,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today.

You may want to contact Telegram support to find out why the subscription isn't working for you. There may be something you need to do inside the app. Please see: How to contact an app developer.

"Contact the developer of an iOS, iPadOS, or watchOS app

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Search for the app, then tap it. If you can't find it, tap the account button  or your photo at the top of the screen, tap Purchased, tap "Not on this [device]," then tap the app.
  3. The app's product page appears. Scroll to the Ratings & Reviews section, then tap App Support. If you don't see App Support, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID."

Then if it still isn't working, you can Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple. Here's how:

"How to request a refund

  1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
  3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
  4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription."

Have a fantastic day!
