How can I contact apple online via live chat or email? I have purchased an ipad 9th generation 10 days ago (27th Dec) from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and it has stopped working now and the issue is I came back to Pakistan a few days ago so what am i supposed to do now. I am so confused how can a device just stop working in only 10 days this was my first time buying apple and it has been a horrible experience it has never happened before i am so worried have i wasted all my money on so called Apple's name. what should i do please someone help me

You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page. Alternatively and perhaps easier, if you have access to another Apple device, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your iPad, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad:

Did you buy it new from an Apple store? If so, use the support link in the lower left corner and start a repair ticket. Hopefully they will be able to help. You do know that the warranty says that they may restrict the warranty to the country of purchase - probably because of different laws in different countries. Anyway, contact support.
