The page you’re looking for can’t be found.

When I connect to www.apple.com using my home internet it is successfully loading and when I try to log in - connection is re-directing to the URL - https://secure4.store.apple.com/shop/signIn?ssi=1AAABhZBZflIgZn_0sMCB2GTrgCbUoo2ZCnlKEqEyKMyzD1f3u5nIfYsAAAAuaHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuYXBwbGUuY29tL3xodHRwczovL3d3dy5hcHBsZS5jb20vfAACASkJe_i9PDfHsPu_tMBE7k3dhSsS5JsUaNFmNQOS3T92

So, using my mobile internet using a hotspot change my network connection, and then it worked successfully but when using my home wifi/internet I could not able to log in and got the error - "The page you're looking for can't be found"

It seems to be like something blocking my home internet, Not sure how to resolve this issue. Your help is much appreciated.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

I solved it by using an ip obfuscation browser plug-in (vpn), Apple seems to be blocking specific ip’s on its website login for whatever reason. Other Apple services like Appstore connect don’t do it, so my guess is this is part of their DDoS/spam protection.

I think I've figured this one out. If you remove the secure4 from the beginning of the URL and copy and paste the rest into your browser, it should work. I was having issues accessing my account as it was creating the URL as secure6.store.apple.com/shop/account/home so I removed the secure6 and it took me to my account. I just got off the phone with a senior advisor and explained to him that this appears to be isolated to a wifi network and a mobile hotspot fixes it. If you try and click on any of the links (menu or otherwise) on the Page Not Found page, you'l notice that it's trying to add that secure4 or secure6 to the URL, which is causing more Page Not Found pages. It seems to be an issue with the programming of the website. Hopefully they'll fix it soon! Hope this helps!

I have been having the same problem. I can go to apple's website, but when I try to go to the actual store, I get the "The page you're looking for can't be found" message. It does not appear to be an issue with Chrome or Safari because when I get off of my WiFi and use cellular data, everything works fine and I'm able to see the Apple Store. I recently switched to AT&T Fiber, so naturally, I assumed this had something to do with ATT blocking the website. I called and spent some time on the phone troubleshooting with them. Ultimately, they had me connect direct to the modem and Voila! ... I was able to see the Apple Store. But, when I went back through my router / mesh system I suddenly couldn't get into the Apple Store again. I use the Eero Pro router, so now I'm thinking that's the culprit, but after spending a ton of time on the phone with Eero troubleshooting, they couldn't seem to figure it out either. So, still at a loss.

I'm having the same issue too. The main website is on a different server than the store. Tech support or any kind of phone interaction with Apple results in them not being able to do anything. If anyone has a way to contact an executive in Apple or something, I'd love to know. I shouldn't have to use a VPN to get around an IP address block on my home internet connection. I didn't do anything to deserve it.

My guess is if you've visited the site and/or refresh the pages in the store too much, then you'll automatically have your IP address blocked. You can thank the scalpers and bots for forcing big tech and retail companies to increase security on their websites.

I actually do think this is an issue on Apple's side now. Last night, I went onto the AT&T WiFi (the only way I could connect to the Apple Store) and gathered some items into a shopping cart. Once I had everything ready to go and went to the secure payment screen, I got the "The page you're looking for can't be found" again!

The only way I was able to get through all the pages and actually make an online purchase in the Apple Store was to use the Apple Store app on my phone. The browser either doesn't work at all or only works on a few pages.

I was having issues with this too. I tried connecting to the page on safari and google chrome on my computer and safari on my phone. I cleared the cache and history, but that still did not work. I had to order my iPad over the phone because a store location was too far away. Later, I figured out I could only connect to my account and view my order when I was not using my wifi, only my data.

I have been having this same issue for months now. I have been recking my brain trying to solve it. I have called Apple several times with no success after spending many hours on the phone with an Apple supervisor. I was told to clear history/cache etc. They had me call my provider AT&T to see if they were blocking certain websites but its not them, it's Apple blocking it somehow on wifi. If I use my cellular data on my iPhone and sign into apple.com it works just fine, I can access my account without any issues. Please help, this so sucks!!!
