I have monthly payments for my ipad and iphone for apple care plan. I can see it on my visa card transactions, where can i see the actual bills coming on my iPhone and how can i change the billing card? I want to use another card

If you are paying your AppleCare+ plan monthly this is a subscription and you will not be invoiced or billed in advanced.

You can change your payment methods as part of you Apple ID account. See Add a payment method to your Apple ID - Apple Support
