How do I get rid of the cloud icon on my photos? Charging my ipad doesn’t work The Photoleap app is not offloaded. The ipad photo album doesn’t have this problem.

I tried this and I got no help at all. The technical team for the app suggested a solution but then said it wasn’t in their timeline to implement it. They completely fobbed me off!
White cloud icon on some of my photos after updating Photoleap Lightricks app. Most of my Photoleap projects didn’t download onto the app on my new ipad after the app failed to load. The few that did got corrupted. Photoleap tech team unhelpful.
