Heart Rate Zones Apple Watch

My partner and both have Apple Watch SE and IPhone 13. Both fully updated.

My watch allows me to monitor heart rate zones when working out. Under my Apple Watch app I can go to workout and see a heart rate zone tab. Her watch doesn’t have this option, either on her Apple Watch or on the watch app. We have restore to factory settings, no change. Any suggestions or explanation?

Why no heart rate on series 7 outdoor walk I just upgraded to the series 7 Apple Watch and heart rate is no longer an option for display. On the watch app, outdoor walk, metrics, it’s greyed out. My series 6 always showed it. I’ve checked on both the phone and watch that all the appropriate things are toggled on, in every possible place

Continuous Heart Rate Monitoring Watch Series 8 I've been searching all over the place trying to find where to change the setting for continuous heart rate monitoring. I keep seeing the following. Open your watch to the cardiogram app, swipe left, change it. Problem is, there is no Cardiogram app by that name. I have ECG and Heart which has no swipe right or left actions. Is there something different on how to access this? I really need it badly. Thanks for any assistance.
