Can't enable both eSims simultaneously using the dualsim functionality on iPhone 12 - iOS 16.3.

Hey I am using the dualsim functionality on my iPhone 12 updated to the latest iOS 16.3.

I have two eSims installed. One is from Detusche Telekom (DE +49) and the other from A1 - Slovenia (SI +386)

I can enable each of them separately and have all the functionality - I can call, I can use mobile data from corresponding numbers.

But whenever I enable one of the in the "Settings - Mobile Data / SIMS", the other is switched off automatically and becomes unreachable.

I followed the guide If Dual SIM with eSIM isn't working on your iPhone - Apple Support

and I comply with all the proposed steps there.

What can I do to enable both eSims on my iPhone 12?

Hey, thanks for the answer. So as a consequence of this i removed one of the eSims. And when I re-installed the nano Sim it says "SIM was successfully transferred to your iPhone. It is no longer usable on this iPhone and can be removed from SIM tray."

Can I do anything about this? Or I lost my phone number?....
