I can’t download any apps because it’s asking for my passcode rather than my finger print

I need to download Zelle and it blocking me because idk my Apple ID password

Then you will have to reset your Apple ID password→If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support. You need it for a lot more than just downloading apps, so make this high priority.
