yes! same with me! i have some great pictures to send to my family members with androids, but it won’t work! i tried whatsapp and it won’t work either! it was fine before i updated to ios 16.3.1.

You need to call your carrier for the issue with MMS. For Whatsapp, you'll need to contact Meta as that's an entirely separate issue.

I forgot to update, but for some strange reason it just fixed itself. No idea why, because t-mobile couldn’t help. They did all the same resets I did. Just glad it’s working again!

any updates on this 4/14/23 and still have the same problem. iPhone 14 pro max on T-Mobile 5g unlimited and any photo sent to an android user fails or is super slow…same exact photo sent to iPhone user with or without Wi-Fi on shoots right across instantly. Didn’t have this problem with my old iPhone 11 Pro on Verizon edit: contacted T-Mobile wasted 3 hours of my life they did all the resets and whatever…didn’t fix anything

Hey! I just came on here to tell you what I did to make this work for me. I also had the same problem, went through all the steps the website suggested… the ONLY thing that worked that I figured out on my own…. I turned Bluetooth off. Idk why or what it blocks for us to not send SMS pictures but it’s all I did and my phone started sending them no problem. I hope this helps.

MMS is a carrier service. ONLY your carrier can fix it. Apple cannot fix a carrier problem.

Finally, fix the problem of sending Group messages and Videos and pictures to any Non Iphone The solution is to make sure your Apple Id on cloud and facetime are signed in the Same. Who knew right!!
