Ventura: Apple ID Picture will NOT change

2017 Macbook 12-inch running Ventura - everything up to date...

My Apple ID Picture will NOT change on the lock/login screen. Here's a screenshot I took where you can see the lock/login screen (flower pic) is NOT my Apple ID Picture (snowflake pic). The snowflake is a system default image I chose - NOT a custom one I uploaded, fyi.

Also to note, that whenever I load up System Setting, the top left "Apple ID" (smaller) picture is a picture of two red lips (another default image I have NEVER chosen) for a couple seconds, then changes to the proper snowflake.

Just trying to see if there's a fix. It's a little thing but still irks me for some reason!
