Hi, I'm trying to permanently delete a couple of apps from my iphone and have tried to delete from my app library as suggested on the apple website but it won't allow me to permanently delete any apps at all, anyone help, please?

If you cannot delete any apps, there may be a restriction set on deleting apps. On an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps.
