Is Safari up-to-date on my iPad?

I have iPadOS 15.7.2 installed. Is Safari up-to-date too?

Both iPadOS 15.7.2 and iPadOS 16.2 are current at this time. While the installed version of Safari differs between these two versions of iPadOS, both are “up to date” in context of security patches.
