Blocking updates and downloads because of payment reject?

Thank you for your response! I’ve already talk with apple support. Basically, if I don’t pay for an inactive subscription upon an app I won’t use, my account is locked at the AppStore. Apple is even deleting apps I already had in my device because of that issue. I’m willing to take legal actions in my country because is not right that apple force me to buy something on order to unlock core functionalities I’ve already paid when I bought my phone. Refuse to buy something is not a valid reason to ban you from the AppStore, deleting apps is data loss, subscriptions at apple are not credits (You pay before you use the premium functionality inside an app that requires subscription, not after) I have the right to choose if I don’t want to buy something. The condition “you will lose the ability to download apps and update your already downloaded apps if a payment is refused” is not shown clearly at the interface when you buy a free trial. The right path should be “oh, my payment was declined, I go inside the app, oh! I lost the premium functionality from the subscription” 🤷‍♂️

That politic (ban you for download or update apps if you don’t pay for a prepaid subscription) is abusive and anti-consumer 😕
