My AMEX has AplPay charges. How do I find out what they're for?

As above. I have my AMEX card as the preferred source of payment in my apple wallet. I get charges with no explanation on the AMEX, such as "AplPay APPLECOMBILINTERNET CHARG" with no indication of what the charge is for. How do I see the source of the charge?

Can you send me somewhere that explains the wallet concept clearly? Apple wants me to have an apple credit card ... then I get a description of purchases made ... apparently ... thru wallet. I don't want another card, so I put my AMEX in. Now I get meaningless entries like the one above. I can see plenty of e-mail notification, mainly for automatic charges, so I get some of it, but I'm not getting receipts for other charges, like when I use my credit card for ApplePay, which a lot of small vendors use preferentially. I gather from the answer above that if I want to use the wallet, I have to have a payment method in it, and if it's not an Apple card, I'm going to have to scrounge around to get any info. (I can't claim a business deduction for AplPay APPLECOMBILINTERNET CHARG.)
