Facebook business location not showing up

I have an updated iPhone 11 Pro max

Please help!

for the last week I have been trying desperately to put my clients small business page location up Facebook. Both of our location services are turned on. The address is connected to the map on her IG and FB.

Still- no one can check in or connect to the location on the scroll down.

yes- the business is on google maps.

i have tried adding a new place onto the drop down menu and check in- to no avail!

Has anyone had this problem?

it should not be this complicated.
