Does anyone know how to send emails to > 100 recipients from Outlook on Mac?
I have tried googling, looking for third-party add ins and searching YouTube for some kind of program to let me organise our global distributer list, but can't seem to find any.
Any help would be appreciated.

You could try https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/use-mail-merge-to-send-bulk-email-messages-0f123521-20ce-4aa8-8b62-ac211dedefa4#BulkMail=macOS. However you may prefer to look at a third party solution like https://mailchimp.com/ as these should work better across different email clients, might let you track engagement, can handle unsubscriptions, bounced messages etc.
