Lost iCloud email when logging out and into another iCloud
I have 2 iCloud accounts today one does not exist after simply logging out.
- stolen phone last February (Google Fi was cell service ~no physical store and gmail had 2FA as well)
- not able to access Gmail/ ICloud account as well (2FA) or even cell provider google Fi
- since getting my 1st email recovered finally (neo007007) I logged off newer iCloud emailthis account has been open 6 months when going back to iPhone 13)
- I have 2 iCloud accounts today one does not exist after simply logging out 4-5 hours later
- Now after having this newest iCloud and simply logged off to retrieve passwords from Neo007007 acct. - “account does not exist” & called support and they stated that email does not exist~ actually proceeded to insist:
—-Customer service lady states maybe update my software that could change things even though her software was updated. I said that’s odd then I don’t believe we were discussing updates my email that is used also as a business email!
—- Then asked me to screen share and would call back because she found no solution to above problem(s), misdiagnosed, misappropriated my time and actually NEVER GOT A CALL BACK REGARDING SOLUTION, and still having the same issue at APPLE website LOGIN/ Forgot Password? attempted as well as ”Find my Username” failed to retrieve in stating as well.
