Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? I was changing my iPhone Apple ID during a software update and this happened. My original Apple ID was deleted but the new one did not get updated. This did not happen on any other device or iCloud when i changed Apple ID's.

If you enter the password you last used with your Apple ID, are you able to sign in from this screen? Try closing the Settings app and restart your iPhone to help in case it needs to be refreshed.
Should this persist and you cannot sign in, Contact Apple Support.

No. Not possible to enter a password without an associated Apple ID. It is asking for a password but, when you enter the password in the screen shown it comes back with a request to enter an Apple ID and password. However, it does not provide any place to enter an Apple ID.
I have actually contacted Apple support on three separate occasions to try and resolve this issue. None of their suggestions worked. I was hoping somebody in the community might have additional suggestions.
