Are you sure that Apple deducted the money and the message is legit?

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


Did you follow the steps in this article, to find out, for which purchases you have been charged?

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support



If you have been billed multiple times, you can ask for a refund:

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
