Grayed out notifications

I have a new iPhone 14 Pro Max that intermittently has the notifications pop up on the Lock Screen but are grayed out so I can’t see what they are for. Anyone else having this issue or is there a fix?

Try restarting your iPhone. This by itself can fix a lot issues. - Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
Ensure you are fully up to date. Updates contain bug fixes and security updates that can resolve things like this as well. - Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Creating a new Lock Screen might also help. - Personalize your iPhone Lock Screen - Apple Support
Commonly a force restart can help as well. - Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
