So, I have a logitech keyboard with a Windows key as the Command Key and Alt at the Option key. I tried to switch the keys in the System Prefs Modifier keys, but the prefs show it is changed but it doesn't work on the keyboard itself. I have booted in Safe Mode if that makes a difference...
