Hi, you may be able to reset your password using your Apple ID. This article shows how to reset a password using your Apple ID or recovery key: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202860

If you are unable to reset your password, you may have to erase your Mac and set it up again. Best of luck. I hope this helps.
