Hey GladBug,

If you have restarted the Apple Watch and iPhone, we recommend doing so. Software updates include security updates and fixes. To restart the Apple Watch, follow the steps below or follow them in this article: Restart your Apple Watch.

1. If your Apple Watch is charging, take it off the charger.
2. Press and hold the side button until you see the power button  in the upper-right corner of the display.
3. Tap the power button.
4. Drag the Power Off slider.
5. After your watch turns off, press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo.

To restart the Apple Watch, follow the steps for your iPhone model in this article: Restart your iPhone.

If restarting doesn't help, unpair the Apple Watch and then pair it again. Doing this refreshes the software on the Apple Watch. The steps to unpair the device is listed in this article: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch .

Here's the steps to set up the Apple Watch again: Set up and pair your Apple Watch with iPhone.

Take care.
