It is telling me your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes

My phone keeps telling me when I try to up load an app your account has been disabled in the App Store in iTunes.

iPhone 11, iOS 15

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
