CAMEO refund on Apple

I made a CAMEO request for a friend, but even though I paid $299.99 plus tax, the CAMEO request was unfulfilled. Because it went through Apple, though, I had to request Apple for a refund. However, Apple has denied the request for the refund and now my money is lost. There was no explanation of why it was denied and I don't know what to do to get my money back.

I thought it wouldn't be a problem to get the money back, as everybody said Apple gives a refund in these situations. How else can I connect ITunes Store and ask them to review my refund application one more time?

Apple rejecting refund for movie I bought on accident I saw that Grave of the Fireflies was on sale on the Apple store and rushed to buy it for $4.99. However, I didn't see that it was the dubbed version of the film. Apple has rejected my refund request and rejected my request for a review. I haven't watched the film. I just bought it a few days ago. I believe I marked "other" for reason and explained why I bought the wrong product. Is there anything else I can do to appeal the decision?

Apple keeps refunding but I didn’t ask for a refund I’ve been having this issue for awhile now, I buy a sub on twitch for 30days through apple then hours later apple says a refund was requested but I DIDNT REQUEST A REFUND, it’s been going on for months, neither apple or twitch said they can help. There’s money in the account, it takes the money for the purchase then hours later says it’s refunding & a few days later I get the refund but I don’t want a refund, I didn’t ask for a refund, I just want my damn 30day twitch subscription. This has happened atleast 30x now & neither company has been any help & I can’t “report a problem” with the purchase because apple claims it’s been refunded so the purchase essentially no longer exists. HELP…

If Apple has notified you that it is not eligible then so be it.
