Check your registered payment method associated with your AppleID account. If your Credit Card has expired, you’ll need to update the associated details - or may need to enter a new payment method.


If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

Add a payment method to your Apple ID - Apple Support
